	Rob Chiuch, CASLA President & Managing Director, Securities Lending, BNY MELLON robert.chiuch@bnymellon.com Mr. Chiuch is Managing Director, Global Head of Equity and US Head of Corporate Securities Lending for The Bank of New York Mellon. He has more than 23 years of financial industry experience, including 22 years in securities lending. Most recently, he was Co-Head of Global Securities Lending at CIBC Mellon. Mr Chiuch is president and co-founder of the Canadian Securities Lending Association (CASLA) and is Vice President of The Duke of Edinburgh's Awards (Ontario). Mr. Chiuch has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.

His current responsibilities include managing the securities lending unit which is responsible for lending Canadian client account assets to other institutions. Dave is responsible for the performance management process and staffing the unit as well as development of the strategic plan. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2004, Dave was a Director, Global Securities Lending at CIBC Mellon. Dave began his career at First Marathon Securities and left there in 1997 as an Assistant Manager of Treasury and Collateral Management.Dave has 20 years broad experience in the securities industry and has been in the Securities Lending business since 1993.

Reeve began his career in 1991 with Morgan Stanley in New York, first with Prime Brokerage and later with the Securities Lending business unit. He went on to join Zurich Capital where he was instrumental in successfully launching a Directed Lending Program. In 2001 he joined Royal Trust Corporation in Canada, a predecessor business of RBC Dexia Investor Services. Reeve holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham University in New York.

Christopher is a partner with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. He provides advice with respect to the special corporate tax requirements of financial services, products and institutions. Christopher regularly advises on the income tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border financings, and financial instruments including derivatives, securities lending and collective investment funds. He also has expertise with respect to transfer pricing and the successful resolution of disputes with Canadian tax authorities.

Peter is an audit partner at KPMG and the national director of their Canadian alternative investments practice. His clients include Canadian, U.S. and international hedge funds, reporting issuer mutual funds and asset managers, and their service providers. Peter re-joined KPMG after spending several years developing and managing alternative investment products with Citigroup Alternative Investments in New York. Prior to this Peter was an audit manager in the alternative investment practice of KPMG in the Cayman Islands. Peter began his career with KPMG in Vancouver where he worked on client engagements in a variety of industries. Peter is actively involved in a variety of regulatory and professional initiatives related to the asset management industry and sits on the Legal and Finance Committee of the Alternative Investment Management Association (Canada Chapter).
